We can host from 12 to 20 guests. We have two hen party venues available, with more information on these available here. If you have more than 20 guests, still get in touch as we can host larger groups too.

We take a £60pp* deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 30 days before you arrive. *Based on the minimum number of guests required for the chosen site.

Silent disco is provided in all our packages and is available the whole weekend so you can party whenever you want!

We have sports day kits, lawn games and picnic sets available to hire for the weekend. They are available to hire for the full weekend so you can run the activities when they suit you. Check out your Planning Pack for more information on these including prices.

Loads! We've compiled a list of our favourite suppliers who have worked at our sites before so just get in touch for more info. You're also welcome to book your own suppliers but these must be checked with us first before you book them. Please note DJ's, Live Music and Hot Tubs are not permitted on site.

Yes! Both of our hen party sites have their own toilets, showers and catering areas so there's no sharing with strangers.

All lighting in the bell tents is battery powered so no electricity is required. Some guest choose to bring powerbanks for their phones but most take the time to switch off and enjoy the moment!

Yes, we take a damage deposit of £500 for the Glamping Glade and £600 for the Festival Field. This is taken when you pay the remaining balance 30 days prior to the event and is refunded afterwards within 14 days.
